Our story

Software from the operator's chair — not the analyst's desk.

Most contractor software gets used once a quarter and forgotten. We're building Foreman for the morning — when the trucks are pulling out and the coffee's still hot.

In short

We think contractor software should respect the trade. Foreman is built for the operator who already knows their customers — and just needs help calling them back.

01 — Why we started

A customer book worth six figures of dormant revenue. No time to work it.

The list never got called.

Every home-service contractor we talked to had the same story: a customer book worth six figures of dormant revenue, and no time to work it. The list to "call back this spring" never got called back. The dispatcher meant to send the AC tune-up reminders. The owner meant to circle back with the customer who almost booked.

The tools meant to fix this — marketing automation, CRM blasts, mailers — produced spam. They didn't sound like the operator. They didn't know the equipment. They burned the relationship.

We thought: what if the system actually knew the customer? Knew when the AC was installed, when it was last serviced, what the customer asked about last time. What if it drafted in the operator's voice, and the operator just had to say yes?

A working thesis
You don't need more leads. You need to call back the ones who already paid you.
02 — Where we are

A small team, a clear opinion, a long roadmap.

Early — and on purpose.

Foreman is early. We're a small team with a clear opinion and a long roadmap. We work closely with our first operators — almost embarrassingly closely. If you sign up now, you'll have our cell numbers.

If you're a contractor who's tired of CRM software designed for someone else's business — or an investor who thinks blue-collar America deserves software that respects it — we'd love to talk.

What we believe

Six things, plain.

01

The operator stays in charge

No autonomous sends. Nothing goes out without a human approving it. Trust is the product.

02

Plain numbers, plain language

Revenue is shown as revenue. Drafts are written like a person wrote them. No engagement scores.

03

Built for the truck

Approve a draft from a job site. Read replies between calls. Foreman works on a phone first.

04

Less, but sharper

One queue. One number that matters. We will say no to features that don't earn their pixels.

05

Show our work

Every booking ties to the message that earned it. No black boxes, no vanity dashboards.

06

Respect the trade

HVAC is a skilled trade. Our software treats it that way.
